This policy complements your statutory rights under applicable US consumer law, including the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act and state-specific protections, which provide remedies for faulty goods beyond our standard return window. Additionally, we proudly offer a 2-year warranty on all products, covering manufacturing defects and faults in materials or workmanship from the date of delivery. This warranty exists in addition to your legal rights—if your product develops a fault within two years, we’ll repair, replace, or refund it at no extra cost, subject to the terms below.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  • 30-Day Return Window: You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. This applies primarily to your first order or unused items where you're not satisfied.
  • Condition Requirements: Items must be unused, in brand-new condition, and returned with all original packaging, inserts, tags, and accessories. As our products are wearables designed for direct skin contact, we cannot accept returns showing any signs of wear, skin contact, sweat, staining, odor, or other hygiene concerns. This ensures the safety and quality for all customers.
  • Pre-Approval Required: All returns must be pre-approved by our team. Submit a return request via email (subject: "Return Request") or our contact form, including your order number, full name, reason for return, and photos if applicable. We'll provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions. Items sent without approval will not be accepted or refunded.
  • Exceptions for Faulty or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll cover return shipping and process a full refund or replacement promptly—no 30-day limit applies, and this falls under our 2-year warranty or your statutory rights.

If an item doesn't meet these conditions or you're simply unhappy, reach out—we'll work with you to find a fair solution, such as a partial refund, store credit, or exchange where possible.

Cancel or Edit Your Order

Our fulfillment team processes orders quickly—typically within 1-2 business days—to ensure fast delivery. As a result:

  • Cancellations or Edits: We cannot guarantee changes after an order is placed. Contact us immediately at info@calmara.com (subject: "Cancel/Edit Order") with your order number and full name. If the order hasn't entered processing, we'll do our best to assist.
  • Post-Processing: Once processed (e.g., picked and packed), orders cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return upon receipt under our 30-day policy.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email info@calmara.com or use the contact form within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Receive Instructions: We'll review your request and send an RA number, prepaid shipping label (if eligible), and a return address.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Use a tracked service—we recommend USPS or a similar carrier for US deliveries. International returns must comply with customs regulations.
  4. Inspection: Upon receipt (typically 5-7 business days after shipping), we'll inspect the item within 2-3 business days.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We’re not liable for lost or damaged returns in transit—always use tracking.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. This may take an additional 3-5 days for your bank or card issuer to reflect the credit.
  • Partial Refunds: For hygiene or condition issues, we may issue a partial refund at our discretion.
  • Original Shipping: Refunded orders exclude the original shipping cost unless the return is due to our error.
  • Delayed Refunds: If you don't see the refund after 15 business days, contact us—we'll track it down.

Refunds for warranty claims under the 2-year period follow the same process but prioritize repair or replacement where feasible.

Items Not Eligible for Returns or Refunds

To maintain fairness and hygiene, the following are not eligible:

  • Used, worn, or hygiene-compromised items (e.g., showing signs of skin contact, sweat, or odor).
  • Orders shipped or in transit (cancellations must be pre-shipment).
  • Change-of-mind returns after 30 days.
  • Items without original packaging, tags, or accessories.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Bulk or wholesale orders (subject to separate terms, including restocking fees).
  • International orders where customs duties or taxes were not paid (though faulty items remain eligible under warranty).

Digital products, gift cards, or perishable items (if applicable) are non-returnable.

Warranty Claims (2-Year Coverage)

In addition to the 30-day return policy:

  • Coverage: All products are warranted against manufacturing defects or faults in materials/workmanship for 2 years from delivery.
  • Process: Contact us with proof of purchase, photos/videos of the issue, and a description. We'll assess and arrange repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you.
  • Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or accidents are not covered. This warranty is in addition to, not instead of, your statutory rights under US law (e.g., implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose under the Uniform Commercial Code).
  • Extended Rights: For US customers, state laws may provide additional protections; if a fault appears within the first year, it is presumed to have existed at delivery in many states, but we'll assist where possible.

International Orders

We ship worldwide, but:

  • Return Shipping Responsibility: Returns from the US or outside the US are at your expense and responsibility, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect (in which case we'll provide a prepaid label). For international returns, this includes any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees.
  • No refunds for international duties/taxes unless the item is faulty (warranty applies).
